<p><span style="font-size: large;">Selv om man kan kjøpe seg et digert luksus-gym kan man ikke kjøpe seg kompetanse (hvertfall ikke over natta), så når du tenker Sandviks Gym tenk også kvalitet &#8211; du får det du kommer for &#8211; optimale RESULTATER! Du blir ikke satt på en maskin der jeg teller repetisjonene du utfører. </span></p>
<p>Nope, ikke noe sånt, men jeg sørger for at du gjør det du skal gjøre, det du MÅ gjøre, på en KORREKT måte for at du skal nå målet ditt &#8211; å bli BEST! Det blir du ikke med masse trening med maskiner og eksklusive lokaler der du også får vasket treningstøyet ditt. Skal du oppnå noe er det to ting som gjelder. Du må trene HARDT og du må trene SMART. Dette er hva som vil skje på Sandviks Gym. Om du ikke tror meg, prøv &#8211; og få pengene tilbake om du <strong>ikke</strong> får igjen som lovet.</p>
<p>På et vanlig treningssenter er det meste opptatt når du trener (med mindre du trener meget tidlig eller sent), på Sandviks Gym er det ikke masse folk overalt som okkuperer racken mens de kjører bicepscurls. Du er enten helt alene (sett bort ifra meg) eller du trener med noen få andre (nåværende treningskompis, eller nye treningskompiser) avhengig av hvilken avtale du velger.</p>
<p>Det kommer til å bli mye tung, hard og effektiv trening og jeg skaffer kun det utstyret som vil underbygge nettopp dette. Dere som er kjent med navn som Cressey, Boyle, DeFranco og Louie på Westside Barbell vil kjenne igjen utstyret og noe av hva som vil møtes av treningsmetoder.</p>
